The Laramie Project is a groundbreaking documentary play by Moisés Kaufman and the Tectonic Theater Project. Created in response to the tragic 1998 murder of gay college student Matthew Shepard in Laramie, Wyoming, the play features dialogue drawn directly from over 200 interviews with town residents.
